I wanted to find a soul food spot off the beaten path. When I arrived, I knew I made the right decision. I was only in town a few days and wanted a good meal to hit the road. The atmosphere is inviting and feels like home. If you judge the place by the outside, or by the vintage decor and feel, you'll miss a treat. Passing through on my way back to Atlanta and wanted some Southern soul food found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. Glad I did. The food was great and the service was even better Christopher did a wonderful job with making sure My friend and I were comfortable and that we were enjoying our meal. I had meatloaf that was seasoned to perfection.If you're ever in this area, do stop by and enjoy some downhome Southern cooking.
Linda is THE BEST COOK EVER! I LOVE EVERTHING I have ever tried there!!! Her banana pudding is AWESOME, too!!! There was a couple there one time when I went & they told me that they have been eating her food for years & mentioned 2 other places she had worked at before! If it wasn't for me working over & her some bringing plates to sell at EFP, I would have never discovered it! & prices are sooo affordable as well!!!
