Burritos were so bland tasting we didnt finish them. The only good thing about our meal was the cherry coke, and even then the machine was extremely difficult to operate. While there, we saw two other customers taking their food back with disgusted looks on their faces. No greeting either.

We ordered three quesadillas. For some reason the main griddle was not in use, so genius uses the griddle that browns the tostadas. They don’t share that info with us and give us uncooked and cold quesadillas. When I returned and asked if they could cook it longer, they refused and were pretty rude. I said my piece and we left after the kids ate a 1/4 of their meals. Avoid this place like the plague. Not only is the food and service pitiful, but their prices are too high. Paying $47 for cold, uncooked food is enough for me, but coupled with the staff’s poor attitude means we will never return. It’s a shame, I remember when it was a good place to eat. It looks like we’re not the only customers with this experience. Welcome to Moe’s 2023 - where the customers are always wrong!

Would rate 0 stars if possible, worst Moe's I have ever been to. My family of 4 went to the Decatur Alabama location for dinner. We did not receive the traditional WELCOME TO MOE'S greeting, food was cold and sloppy. Employee's had a very flat attitude with no sense of urgency or enthusiasm. I will never return to this location, and will be in touch with the customer service. I love Moe's and have never been so disappointed with a location in my life.

I love this place. Great food. Friendly service. I don't actually live in Decatur anymore but I grew up there and thr last two times i visited back home I ate at Moes Southwest Grill. Definitely an A+

Really disappointed. I ordered the fajita kit and the food was terrible. They left out the tortillas and when I drove all the way back the tortillas were cold and felt/tasted stale. Y'all can't beat home town flavors of H-Town.
Love me some Moe's! Soo good! I always get the Taco Salad with a burrito shell in the bottom of the bowl & everything else on top of the shell. It's always delicious! I love the new Blackberry salsa they have. It's definitely spicy but soo good. I dip my chips in the queso & then in the blackberry salsa ? soo good! Sometimes I get a chicken taco or a ground beef taco. I always love the food!Kid-friendliness: They have tacos & cookies for kids. Kids eat free on Sundays as well as long as you pay for an entree

My taco order was turned upside down in the bag. No salsa. If I had wanted a taco salad I would have ordered one. The burrito was real small. Usually good but missed the mark really bad on this one
