Very disappointed from the time I walked in the door. Cleanliness was obviously lacking. The floor was dirty throughout the shop. Employee was too busy talking with her friend standing beside her at the register to even acknowledge a customer came in. Bathroom was dirty. A couple of yogurts were empty. The topping counter was messy. Small plastic containers were scattered about. No hot fudge was even in the warmer. The pay station had chocolate chips etc scatter around.
