We arrived shortly before the dinner rush around 530pm. No waiting and were seated promptly. Our server was Lauren, who took our drink order within minutes, asked about appetizers, and returned with the drinks and loaf of warm bread. She took time to answer our questions and quickly brought the little odd & ends we asked for: extra butter, ranch and some paired napkins. Didn't take long for me to get my perfectly prepared meal.
Baked potato was undercooked, lobster tail had some kind of spice on it so it wasn't good. Server was awesome. I believe her name was Jasmine.

LongHorn Steakhouse offers delicious and savory meals, with standout dishes including perfectly cooked steak and flavorful salmon. The service is exceptional and attentive, and the atmosphere is fantastic and great, featuring real steak knives and beautiful silverware. They cater events, providing tasty chicken, baked potatoes, and salad. The dessert, such as their fabulous cake, is not to be missed.
The restaurant can handle large groups, and the meals are quickly prepared. The staff does an amazing and courteous job serving the tables. The steaks are tender, not overcooked, and cooked perfect with great flavor. The New York strip was near perfect, Flo's filet was delicious, and the outlaw ribeye was nicely cooked. The mashed potatoes are very good, and the loaded baked potato is delicious. The shrimp with a salad, a baked potato, and the corn on the cob is a good safe choice. The spinach and pita chips or the steakhouse seasoned wings make a great appetizer. The broccoli, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese are good sides to accompany the steak. The seating is comfortable, providing a wonderful dining experience.
