“Cadence (I hope I'm spelling her name right), was an AMAZING server. She smiled, laughed and made sure our food was great and correct. Cadence also made sure my husbands drink was filled the whole time and that is something we struggle to find at restaurants. Tonight we decided to do a shareable appetizer and we got the biggest chicken parm plate to share. Upon delivery of our food she went ABOVE AND BEYOND and had the cooks place the food on 2 separate dishes so that we would not have to do this ourselves. Thank you for an amazing night. My husband had a long day at work and he absolutely loves LongHorn so you Cadence again for your amazing service.“

“The food was lovely and the customer service was amazing. The staff was so sweet; there was this young lady, Rebecca, that was a waitress. She was so very respectful and polite. I told her I wasn’t the best at walking long distance so she carried my food to my car! She was an angel!“

“I had placed an order to be delivered for some of my co-workers, and they were about to starve! :) There was a glitch with my order, and it somehow didn't go through. I called and the owner took care of it and had it delivered ASAP! I really appreciate her taking the time to acknowledge the issue and make it a priority. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived.“

“2/24/2024 After waiting patiently for a table and then another 40 minutes on our food, the food was wonderful, cooked exactly the way we ordered. I understand it was a Saturday night, but we were there at 5pm. Then waitress kept coming and just standing looking at us, she would take empty plates and glasses, that part was ok too. but when she came back after we paid and insinuated, we needed to leave because we had been sitting there an hour and that was long enough. I told her we were still eating and trying to enjoy the drinks we ordered. We had only gotten our food 2o minutes prior to this. needless to say, we hurried and finished so we could give up those 2 precious spots. Probably won't go back and if I do it won't be for a 1st date like that was.“
