“I wanted to use a $100 debit card as partial payment for the check with the remaining balance charged to my credit card. I was told I could only charge $80 to the debit card which was really annoying and made no sense to me. This left me irritated.“
“I had the bone in ribeye steak. It was a little over cooked and had a lot of fat, more than I would consider normal. The wedge salad was pretty small and wasn't served until after our dinner was served. Apparently, as later disclosed, they ran out of lettuce.“
“I waited a little while to be seated but there wasn't anyone seating at the time. I went to the bar to sit and noticed some empty plates lying around. The bartender, Chelsea, finally came up to get my drink order. It took a while to get a water but each pass she made, she said "I have your water coming."The food came out fairly quickly after ordering but was missing a salad. They brought it out. Asked for rolls and silverware. She brought the silverware quickly but was almost finished with my lunch before I got the rolls.This would usually sound like a horrible experience but I'm rating Chelsea a 5/5. When I asked if she was the only person working after seeing her wait tables all around us as well as greet the door, she said that it was only her and 2 servers. She kept her cool and though it took a while to get things asked for, she did not forget them and eventually got them to me after waiting on numerous others.Hopefully she gets to end her shift on time and more employees show up tomorrow. “My family and I LOVE this restaurant! We stopped by this evening, to take our 10 year old daughter for her first visit and she really enjoyed it! My husband and I had the chicken linguine, with a side of mashed potatoes. My daughter had the chicken piccata. And of course we had to have my absolute favorite dessert, the strawberry shortcake! The ambience was very cozy and romantic. And our server, Katie was very friendly and accommodating!Kid-friendliness: There were kid friendly meal options and the environment was inviting for older children.“
“Had Brie as our server tonight and she was absolutely amazing! Extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. I’m in the service industry so I know what it’s like to run around on a crazy busy Friday night and she handled it with grace. Couldn’t have asked for better service!“
“My wife and I visited Longhorn on a Friday nite, they said we had a 20 min wait, but we were seated in 15 minutes. Waitress was on point we had our drinks and bread quickly. My wife ordered chicken fingers and baked pot, I had a ribeye med well plus a baked pot and Brussel sprouts the steak and potatoes were outstanding the Brussel sprouts were awful tasted burnt. If I had it to do again I would go again and even with the bad sprouts I'd visit again but would change my side choice.“
“I placed a to go order. I was missing the extra ranch for my salad, and my steak was not medium well like I requested. It was well done and just a tiny chewy, the over all taste of my meal was good. The staff I encountered last night was really friendly.“

“It's slow to start getting the meat, but once they start coming around, get ready for the meat sweats lol. Sides are fresh and always good. Servers are hit or miss, but as a buffet style It's not that big of a deal. Great place for a special occasion or if you're in the mood for a meat extravaganza!“
“I had the lobster and ribeye (6 oz) dinner. The lobster was about what you'd expect from a steakhouse, nothing to crow about; dipped in butter it was a decent addition to my dinner. The steak, however.... Yikes. I ordered it medium rare and it came out cooked properly but the overall quality of the meat was subpar to be sure. It was very fatty and chewy; the kind of chewy that makes you feel like you're working out your jaw muscles. Not what I'd prefer from a steakhouse. As my sides I ordered a loaded baked potato: nothing really stood out to me with that - it was decent - and steamed broccoli, again nothing stood out, it's just steamed broccoli. 3 stars.Our server was awesome! She told me about some online ordering deals they had, one being the lobster and ribeye combo for a fair price, and another free blooming onion for signing up for their rewards. I know that's part of her job, but she presented it in a very friendly way as if she actually wanted me to save a little money rather than just pitching me their rewards program because she had to. 5 stars.Overall I gotta give Outback 4 stars. It would have been 3 stars for that steak alone, but the customer service really shined on my visit so you get a bonus star for that!“
