I just stopped at this location and the gentleman (didnt get his name) working the drive thru was very polite. Seems rare these days so I wanted to make sure to leave a good review.

The service today was excellent. The food was fresh and hot.

My husband and I went to the Popeyes in Decatur on the Beltline for lunch today. We were ignored. My husband, after a few minutes, said “good morning” twice to a staff member stacking stuff at the front. The second time the staff member mumbled something but continued what she was doing. There was someone working in the back who came to the front for gloves but never acknowledged us. The guy at drive thru saw us but never acknowledged us. Yet a Door Dash driver came in and was immediately acknowledged. Won’t be going back and be forewarned-the eating area was not clean and the men’s bathroom door won’t close. Nope-won’t be back.

Got half an hour or more and you’re thinking “I’d love to spend time thinking about my life choices while burning gas like it’s water”….then you have found your place!!!!

The worst experiences! The last three times I visited, no chicken (only breasts) no shrimp! Tell customers that at the speaker BEFORE they order! Yes, it’s Easter so anticipate more family meals! The insane part is instead of apologizing they wanted to justify why they are providing poor service! Insane! No worries! Neither will I return nor will I ever recommend! Save your time and patience—-go elsewhere! I went to Jack’s and received fast and friendly service! The kicker is they had CHICKEN!

Had The Sandwich, the chicken was juicy the breading was crunchy both flavorful. The bun was great, maybe a little too much mayo. I also had the fried pickles, yum very crunchy not soggy, flavor and still juicy. The people in the drive thru were friendly. The bathroom wasn't stocked just had the toilet paper and paper towels sitting on top of the dispensers. Otherwise relatively clean.

Got Popeyes for the second time, chicken was raw, blood coming out of the chicken, forgot about my rice and beans, fries were cold. The cashier didn't even give me my receipt when done ordering, this is unacceptable and unbelievable.
