Best Popeyes I have eaten at in some time

I waited for more than 15 minutes to be served and finally had to leave because no one served me even though they were in front of me.

It's a shame every time I come to this fast food restaurant, my experience is NEVER so fast. Why is there never any chicken cooked and ready for the customers? then I sat at the speaker for 5mins and i had to say "hello' for them to tell me to please wait, and i only ordered 2 legs. This location needs new employees. New everything

This store needs MAJOR staff changes or retraining. Two visits within 1 month, same experience which was AWFUL. 1st visit, I waited an hour for a pick up order. The restaurant was empty other than 2-3 walk in pick ups. Front cashier was live in social media. No one was helping the kitchen cook. My order was lost and started after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Then told me it would be a little longer because they only had one cook. SOMEONE COULD HELP HIM! TEAMWORK! this trip, my order was lost/not printed yet again, no spicy chicken had been cooked. I agreed to regular then was informed its all breast. I just accepted out of frustration at this point. Then miraculously was told all my chicken was ready and correct. Popeyes in Huntsville NEVER have this issue when I go. I prefer Popeyes over most chicken joints but Decatur's needs to be revamped completely!

Terrible service today . Waited at the box no answer, i drove to the window. My order was taken.Had to pull up and wait .Man came out with 2 Chicken Sandwiches, I went in for the rest of my order .I had to ask twice to get all that I ordered. The man did apologize. Fast Food is not is thing.

My big back loves this place. Can't beat the chicken and honey combo

Lisa in the drive through was very pleasant with her customer service, went above and beyond to make sure my visit was worth it , and food was hot !!

THE ONLY REASON I PUT 1 BECAUSE I WAS A FAN OF POPEYES. BUT THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. THEY SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND DRIVE THRU WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED ACTUALLY YOUR WHOLE NIGHT SHIFT SHOULD BE LET GO. I WILL TRY MY CHANCES AT BOJANGLES. SORRY BUT I WORK TOOO HARD TO BE SUBJECTED TO THE RUDENESS AND IGNORANCE OF YOUR STAFF.

Ordered only 6 bone in no sauce wings but wished I Ordered more! Like Outkast said "So fresh so clean CLEAN!" My visit was a 9pm visit.

Horrible experience! After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, we ordered 2 popcorn shrimp my husband with mash potatoes gravy, he asked for extra gravy and the girl says I'll have to see what I can do, I'm just the drive thru person sir. What does that even mean!? Then we go to add a 2 piece chicken for my daughter and she says it's 30 minute wait our cook just went on break. I don't understand how this place even stays opened. Awful customer service.

The second shift manager here is beyond rude & lacks customer service. She argues with customers even when she’s wrong. She messed up my order & refused to fix the problem. I won’t be back!

Night shift manager doesn’t know how to communicate gives very bad energy towards customers

Candy the manager was exceptionally nice to me today! I love it when I feel like I’m valued!

Their drivethru is way to small
