I ordered a spicy california roll and a crawfish roll to-go.These are by far the worst looking sushi rolls I have ever seen in my life. There was little to no filling and as you can see in the photos it appears that there was no care in the rolling of the sushi. I have always had great experiences with RNR sushi. This is so very disappointing..

Unfortunately I hate doing this to businesses but it has to be done.I love sushi and I’ve been eating here since this place first opened . Either that by door dash or dining in. But the last few times I’ve order from the place has not been good. It would end with me have some slight stomach ache but Especially the last order I had during the last few days of November. I made a pick up order. But after getting my food and I ate everything. Within 30 minutes I was having extreme stomach pains to the point where I finally threw up the food. I had called right after. The manager was more than happy to assist me but sadly the owner was not. The manager said they would have them give me a call back within a hour or two but they never did. Sadly I will not be returning to this business as I’m afraid to eat from there again. I’m hoping with this the owner will take into consideration to make sure all the equipment is cleaned and the food is fresh. I will be also contacting the department of food safety about this incident.I truly wish the best of luck for this business

I scramble, with a small child in tow to make it to pick up my order and I arrive at 9:03. For 10 min I tried to get the attention of just one of the five people inside who despite seeing and hearing me 10 feet away refused to acknowledge my existence. $80 in food sitting on the bar, in plain sight, already paid for.If the policy is they can’t give it to me despite being 180 seconds late, then that’s stupid, but how about just taking 10 seconds to tell me. Instead they refuse to look up and I stand there in frustration for 10-15 min.I can’t imagine behaving that way towards anyone, late or not late. That’s low IQ clock watcher behavior. Have some decency and the ability to use a little discretion.Whoever made that call is an absolute moron with no business being in charge of anything. It’s not about going without the food it’s about just ignoring me standing there like an idiot at 9:03.I’ll never go there again. Sumo Sushi is just as good if not better and they are reasonable people. I highly recommend them over rock-and-clock-watch sushi.

THEY ADDED EXTRA TIP TO MY PICK UP ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This was my first experience with this place. The food was not the best but was decent to say the least. The problem began when I purchased a 69 dollar take-out order that turned into an 85 dollar order after I picked up my order and came home. That is an over 20% tip. They added tip that was not authorized. This was a pick up order. The extra charge put my card in the negative. Today the same lady who brought my order to the bar yesterday was there and admitted to her mistake and said that this is the second time she has done this mistake and she is still new. While I appreciate her honesty, this put me in a financial bind and I will not recieve the money right away. The lady gave me 15 dollars cash to make up for the cost but my account is still negative. Lets just be real this is fraud and theft which is not acceptable and this situation should have been fixed with a FULL REFUND. Which the manager refused to do. I really wanted to like this place. But I will not return to this place again.
