While we were there waiting on our food a young man wasted his drink. The lady at the register that was cleaning the mess waited good until we got our food to tell us she had put a sign up to close the dining room to clean the spill and refused a refund..my fiance went in and asked for the.manager when she then told him.she was the manager but eventually let us dine in... She is rude and as much money as we spend here we'll never spend another dime with this establishment..Looking like she looking and got the nerve to be rude

The main black with the wild looking hair lady that run the cash register is very rude I ask for a refund before I got my food because she was totally rude she tells me I can't get a refund even though I just order my food I will never be back say that her customers don't read just was all the way out of line I will never spend no more money at that establishment.

I walked in and employee yelled and refused service and very unprofessional. She start talking trash about me to customers in resturant. This is why this resturant has a poor rating. It dose"nt matter your feelings about someone. When they come in your place for service and are respectful and just turn around and walk away without responding to employee rude mouth. Ppl need to grow up and stop being childish. What was my crime not opening door and yelling hi for a couple of weeks.

Came here yesterday ordered four plates and when I made it home two of the plates fries were very hard and brown. I called the lady and she told me I should have checked all the plates before I left so she could have did something about it. I am not about to check everyone’s plate that are not mine. She should have made sure all the plates were GOOD that’s her job paid $60 for nothing.
