Customer service was nice and the place was clean that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. I ordered a 6pc mild combo crispy fries with lemon pepper sprinkles over everything. I received fries that appeared to be a mix of old recooked and undercooked, chicken looked like it was purchased at Walmart then dipped in hot sauce they appeared day old, no lemon pepper sprinkles at all. I’m from out of town and this was definitely some of the worst food I’ve had. A waste of money.
This used to be a very great place to eat but it has slowly gone down hill since it opened. They service is fine but the food it’s self isn’t doing great. I’ve never had any uncooked for but I have definitely had overcooked food. The wings are by far over cooked and the French fries are over cooked with no seasoning on them at all. I think it’s the freeze that’s over cooking the food and not the time they are actually cooked it just probably needs to be replaced regularly...read full review
