“"DETROIT STYLE PIZZA"?Today I ordered from the Beltline store, Decatur, but the lady that was taking my order didn't want to take my order for delivery and she was very rude, nasty attitude and hateful ??so I ended up calling this store right here and I asked them to make this" Detroit Style Pizza"it's sauce and double cheese all the way to the edges. make sure you tell them to remove the ring that goes around the pizza.The cheese it's baked into the edges of their crust that's what gives it that crunchy flavor once it's baked ?here is a picture so that you can see.the staff at this location was friendly and very courteous. I give them 5 stars ? ???? because they did a great job. had great attitudes. My pizza was made in a timely manner. Hot and fresh .I absolutely recommend ordering this on a deep dish crust because it's unbelievably good.Give them a shout out and let them know what you think.And don't forget to order double cheese put on your pizza.. the crunchy is what makes this pizza hands down an awesome choice with the cheese baked on top of the edges of the crust.???“
“As usual, Smokey C’s is the best lunch place around Decatur. The food is outstanding and everyone is super nice. You can always tell a good restaurant by the length of the line. Even though the line is almost out the door every day. It moves quickly because of their great serving and cooking team. The flavor & tenderness of their smoked chicken can’t be matched by anyone else. With a large selection of sides, you can get just about any combination you like. Don’t forget an order of deviled eggs.“
“Quick Take: Some of the best fried chicken wings in Decatur, AL. I would definitely recommend this place. Friendly people and spacious tables, even if in a small space. I definitely plan to return. Visited today with some friends. Been here a few times. I got a wing plate which is 8 wings and a side for $14 with tax. The prices on the menu include tax. I opted for a new sauce today and got Hot Honey Garlic. It was alright. The garlic was pungent. After the first few bites it was more bearable. I got onion rings as my side. They're very thin, almost like onion straws. I prefer their fries. One friend got the honey wings. They were sweet. Not a ton of flavor. I liked mine better. Neither flavor comes close to the Hot or Xtra Hot. Those are very tasty and at the top of the list. I will stick to those. Don't get turned off by Xtra Hot. They have the right amount of heat for a chicken wing. The hot is almost comparable to a "medium" heat. My other friend got the Special of the Day, Steak Sandwich. It looked ok. No cheese. They forgot to add his horseradish aioli. They brought it after-the-fact. He said it probably would have been better on it while it was hot. He also bought an appetizer trio for the table. The loaded fries were good. The bacon was real bacon and cheese like a nacho cheese. The fried green beans and pickles were delicious. The bean had like a tempura batter. The pickles had a cornmeal type batter. With nothing under them to soak up the grease the pickles on the bottom ended up being too greasy. But I want to get them because the ones that were good were pretty good. Owner came out and checked on us. Overall the people are pretty friendly. I will come back for sure. But sticking to my normal wings.“
“The 2699 Sandlin Rd. Decatur, AL location is by far the best in the business and that's including that chick place. I've ordered delivery on the app numerous times and without fail the order is correct, it's delivered on time if not early, the drivers are engaging, and the food is fresh and crazy good. Others might pull that off once or twice, but Marco's sets the bar for consistency and nobody's close.“
“There is no other restaurant that my family enjoys more than Wings To Go! We all love the Garlic Parmesan and Asian Fusion, but honestly all of the flavors are wonderful. They’re perfectly cooked as well with the right amount of crisp to compliment the sauce. If you want a sweet treat get the fried cheesecake! Amazing!! The customer service is second to none as well with the lady at the counter always being so friendly and sweet. She always greets us with a smile and warm welcome. We adore this place!“
“I called this location and decided to pick-up my order and it was ready when I got there. I have only been to this location a handful of times because I am not a big fan of pizza. But I ordered one of the specialty pizzas called "buffalo chicken". The buffalo chicken pizza consisted of grilled chicken breast, fresh onions, provolone, American cheese, and cheese made with 100% real mozzarella-drizzled with hot buffalo sauce. The pizza wasn't greasy but cooked perfectly, I loved the mixture of cheeses. This pizza was delicious, but I would like to try one of the Birmingham locations to see if I receive the same satisfactory. The staff member that brought out my pizza wore a mask and followed COVID guidelines. I have nothing negative to say about this location, I enjoyed the quick exchange. As far as sustainability, the pizza was in a carboard box, which is recyclable material.“
