My friend and I stopped by for lunch and to be honest we were not very prepared.. We had no idea what we wanted and I definitely felt like I was being difficult but did not mean to be at all. A very nice woman helped us and not only was she extremely patient with us but even helped us decide and gave her honest opinion on certain items. She had such a beautiful smile and laughed with us. The best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! If you’re considering stopping by I say do it! You will not be disappointed if she works with you. Thank you Roslyn!“

“When I first came to this Zaxby’s two years ago, it was for an interview at my job with my soon-to-be manager and boss. Since then, I’ve made an effort to swing by every so often, and the Zaxby’s team does not disappoint. Although the traffic can be heavy during lunch, it just shows how popular they are. The team is diligent and friendly, and makes sure to wind up giving you a smile while they get you your food.
The only mistake I’ve had was recently, when I’d received the wrong order. After politely bringing it up, the entire team went to work, ensuring that the food itself was properly replaced and a new meal made for me exactly as requested within a few minutes. Not only is the team efficient and dedicated to their work, but they care enough to ensure you always leave satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“There was a hiccup with their brand new online ordering system not sending the order today, but the staff were exceptionally friendly in remedying the situation and getting our meal prepared promptly. Delicious ribeye sandwiches and great staff!“

“Always great food and atmosphere, but WENDY was the star! At the end of her shift, she put 110% energy and attention into our needs. She surprised me (since it was my birthday) by putting Happy Birthday on the desert plate. She was courteous, friendly and a very pleasant person to speak with.“
