“Even though this location appeared to be understaffed. They were friendly, smiling, pizza looked good, not thrown together. Piping hot, tasted great.Above was my first review. This is my next review. It was on February 23rd 2024. They did not have enough staff but this was a Friday night about 6: 30. They kept coming to the window and letting me know how long it would be and the young man there kept apologizing and I told him. Don't worry, I understand. The food came out. It was a very well put together. Pizza very hot. The staff did a wonderful job for the people that they had working. I would highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Ardmore, Tennessee.“
“We ate here as a family with 4 grandchildren. Some want chicken. Some want Mexican. This is a great place to go when your party can't agree on food types. To feed our group, we usually order a family pack of tacos, several bean burritos, some chicken strips, hot wings, 1 or 2 chicken dinner plates, cinnamon twists, drinks and occasionally, a few other side items. Service is friendly and fast. Parking is easy. Prices are usual for these two restaurants. I am sure we will return.“
“We needed 20 pizzas for an event (they arrived on time and tasted great), I tried to make sure that we were ordering from the closest location. The people on the phone answering service said it was the correct location. The delivery girl forgot to give me my receipt. I went to 3 of the closest locations...none of which were the location that made or delivered the pizzas. Each manager (except the last) mearly sent me to the next closest location. Frustrated and about in tears, at the final location, the manager had compassion on me. She hunted it down and texted the receipt to me. It is so hard to get ahold of the specific locations. Each manager said that the answering service was put in place to bring order and allow the people to work more efficiently without having to man the phones...but it has caused more issues.“
“Amazing service! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the food was better than expected! The prices are cheap too for what you get which I was pleasantly surprised about to be honest! They make the pizza in front of you and then call your number when your pizza is done and it was in the oven and out within 5 minutes! I expected to be waiting at least 10! Pizza was amazing and so is their sweets,10/10 will be coming back!:)“
