“The use of the self-serve kiosks here is atrocious. They are often unresponsive with multiple attempts to navigate an overly complicated menu tree. And when the customer wants to pay in cash, you have to wait until the employees take notice and in this case re-enter the customer's order anyway. Just a nuisance. Employees were nice.“

“Folks complain about everything but I have not had an issue here I always order online and pick up my pizza always hot and fresh and the employees were nice never understand why customers are rude to employees in the food industry I always treat everyone with respect and its always returned“

“I have to give Guthrie's in Cullman, AL major props. Long story short, I needed 100 chicken fingers FAST. The very nice, helpful girls at Guthrie's in Cullman, AL said they could have them ready in 30 minutes, which was cutting it close for my situation. They had them ready in about 20 minutes and I was able to get them to my event just in time to feed everyone. And they even gave me an extra finger to give my little dachshund that was with me. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this awesome location. Y'all made a blessing a much bigger blessing. Thank y'all so very, very much!!!!“

“The food was absolutely awesome! We had take out; pulled pork and half chicken. Both were excellent! The white sauce with the chicken was outstanding. Overall, the food far exceeded our expectations, and will definitely be back.
