We had an impromptu large finger platter party order. It was ordered through the app and the estimated finished time was later than what we needed. I walked inside and explained to the staff. They said they would get it ready for us before that expected time. We had a very short wait and our order was ready. Food always tastes amazing. We will recommend the south cullman zaxby restaurant to every one.
About what is expected from Zaxby's. Good food. Good service. The store was clean. The guy at the register must have been working on commission. He was trying to upsell like crazy. Do you want that large? Do you need any sauces? Do you need more than one?
I got a moldy bun on my nibbler, and when i ask for a replacement they gave me 2 back instead of the single one i ordered! Was quick and speedy service for lunchtime too! Leigh Ann made some yummy food
