I love going to this location. Everyone is upbeat and Preston is just awesome. 😊 Great atmosphere, clean and they make the perfect drink every time. Highly recommend checking them out. ☕
People that work the window now , every single one of them no matter which day I go or what time . Have the most piss poor attitude and are extremely just mean for no reason , it makes me uncomfortable to go .

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is the best, with staff who always reach customers with a smile. The store is very clean, and drinks are perfect every time. Staff are familiar with regulars and have orders ready when they walk in the door. Customer service is top tier, welcoming, and treats everyone like family. One young man gave great service and free samples, while another provided a Venti shaken espresso, though it was not filled to the top. Despite ups and downs at other locations, this one is REALLY nice, with fast and good coffee. The love and care put into orders is astounding, and the customer service is the best in Cullman.
