I went there this morning to get breakfast, and I guess me paying in coin roles was enough for them to give me my give coffee and banana bread FOR FREE, I wasn't expecting it, I was laying them out and the guy was like "we are taking care of you". Normally I don't care for Starbucks, but now I found a drink I like and the customer service is clearly amazing.

Not sure what has happened to the Starbucks, but the drinks are absolutely terrible! Which is saying something if Starbucks has bad coffee. I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t like. I got my usual drink for both my husband and I and neither one of us could drink them they were terrible. Not someone to ask for a refund, but definitely would have this time. Definitely won’t be going back to this location and i’ll be telling family and friends!

This Starbucks is always excellent! The Drinks, Food are always Great ! The prices are Fair but not cheap! But they are a Solid 10 !

I'm so disappointed in the fact that Starbucks puts duct tape on my coffee . I understand that you're trying to stop it from spilling but the drive from Starbucks to my location its only 3 mins if that. the tape leaves a sticky residue on the lid. Starbucks never provides an extra lid to make up for that. but my whole coffee is ruined because I cannot drink my coffee with a sticky rim that my lips get stuck to every single time I take a sip. I spend countless amounts of money to buy coffee and this has me never wanting Starbucks again

Packed out the wazoo.Behind on all orders,hot or cold.Prepaid drive up window backed up to the street.Had to go inside and still had a 20 minute wait.
We don't frequent here often but when we do this service is always great along with whatever coffee beverages we select. There was a long line in the drive through but it just shows how popular they are.

A mobile order is to be made ahead of time and to be picked through the drive-through not go through the drive through and for them to say your the 8th drink in line DO WHAT. I have been to the location numerous time and the manager is very rude it’s like they don’t understand what a mobile order is .
