“I just had to say something nice about this one employee that is always in the drive thru. I asked another employee if she was a manager and she said no Krissy isn't but she should be. That is 100% true. I think Krissy has been there since this location got remodeled. She is out there in the heat and rain but always smiling. Promote her, keep her, just don't let her go ;)“

“Had a craving...came thru drive window. My order was perfect. A nice thing about the service was being recognized by Crystal. I was caught by surprise as I was placing my order at the drive order sign. I believe that when a customer is remembered by a previous order sight unseen this employee deserves recognition. It's rare these days! I've owned a business; this employee seems to enjoy her work and by my observation takes care about the customer. When the service is this noticable it certainly makes the whole process worth it. When I got to the window I was met with a smile, politeness, and knowledge of the menu questions I asked. “I have to give Guthrie's in Cullman, AL major props. Long story short, I needed 100 chicken fingers FAST. The very nice, helpful girls at Guthrie's in Cullman, AL said they could have them ready in 30 minutes, which was cutting it close for my situation. They had them ready in about 20 minutes and I was able to get them to my event just in time to feed everyone. And they even gave me an extra finger to give my little dachshund that was with me. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this awesome location. Y'all made a blessing a much bigger blessing. Thank y'all so very, very much!!!!“

“Everytime i go here the people are great and so is the food. Yeah sometimes they tun out of stuff or it isnt perfect but like what restaurant is. But i wanted to highlight the crew from tonight i went in 30 minutes to close (i work in a restaurant ik this is frustrating) and they were all super polite and everything was hot and didnt taste old and it was perfect. “We actually drove to cullman to eat at restaurant that specializes in breakfast. The breakfast restaurant web site said they are open, and would be open until midnight, well at 10 35 their doors were locked. I called and the guy said oh yeah we’ve changed our hours……he was not impressive at all. Thank goodness they were closed bc with the attitude I doubt the service or food would have been tolerable . Taco Bell right next door is where we went and the service and professionalism was excellent as is the food, I think we dodged the bullet, bc the breakfast restaurant definitely doesn’t want people’s business, But TACO BELL we give 10 stars in all area to this Taco Bell. “This was our first time trying this pizzahut since we moved back home two years ago, but it will now be our goto for pizza night. We placed a pickup order, and everything was hot and ready when I arrived. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant, and they checked out my order with me to ensure everything was there, even my extra sauces, which other places always seem to forget.“

“I WISH I could give a stellar comment but...the fries are ALWAYS cold and dried out, the chicken fingers are getting smaller..yes I know you can't help that but throw an extra one in the meals at least. Nothing on Zaxby's menu is cheap so it would be nice to at least have fresh fries.

Vegetarian options: Not the place for you. They have oil that cooks every thing nearly so not a true vegetarian place.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten, fat free and low sodium is not found here except maybe salad.

Parking: Parking is fine until the drive through wraps all the way into wal marts parking lot then people get very irate.

Kid-friendliness: It's fried chicken and fries...yes kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have plenty of handicap spots but if they have a line, which they usually do, then you can't even get into the handicap spots.“

“My husband and I just came through the drive thru. The girl taking our order was very nice and once reaching the window our food was already! Once we opened our meals we noticed there was plenty on the serving then we would usually get from back home. The food was cooked fresh and was seasoned perfectly!
