“I have to give Guthrie's in Cullman, AL major props. Long story short, I needed 100 chicken fingers FAST. The very nice, helpful girls at Guthrie's in Cullman, AL said they could have them ready in 30 minutes, which was cutting it close for my situation. They had them ready in about 20 minutes and I was able to get them to my event just in time to feed everyone. And they even gave me an extra finger to give my little dachshund that was with me. A huge THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this awesome location. Y'all made a blessing a much bigger blessing. Thank y'all so very, very much!!!!“

“I had just left an appointment and had been crying. The man bringing out my food recognized this and he made sure I was okay and asked could he pray with me. When i agreed, he had me pull up out of the way so that he could. I was honored but I honestly felt embarrassed for having shown that side of me to a stranger. This location has a more small town flavor than others I have visited, and the sandwich preparation was a little slower than I am accustomed. “I have a lot to say about this restaurant. I come here quite often and I’ve notice the patterns of if everything’s good and well, and when it’s not. Mornings are hectic and I know that the wait will be a while and recently i’ve realized it’s normally only 2 people in the drive thru and front area. So I understand the wait there. But what I don’t understand is night shift. Earlier this week(Wednesday I believe)I had came through the drive thru and I had to wait at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got my order taken I got to the window and their was a young man with a jacks boggin and we was wearing a black jacks shirt and his hair was a little longer in the back (from what I could assume) he was very quick getting my money back and getting it correct, he went and got my food and that was also pretty quick but the girl with the headset on gave my food back to me was nothing but rude and seemed like rush to get me out of the drive thru. I felt very disrespected. She had real long blond hair in a hair net with a grey jacks hoodie that said something about biscuits. But that young man was fantastic! I wish i could’ve gotten his name or i would put it in this review. But great job to him, for being quick getting my food and money back to me without me feeling rushed or an inconvenience.“
