I ordered the Zensation Zalad with a unsweetened tea. The tea as well as the salad was good, but the egg roll was burnt. I asked the cashier if I could have another egg roll, and they had no problem with getting it to me. Once they brought it out however, it wasn't as burnt as the first one, but still a little bit overdone. If you're going through the drive through, be sure to check to make sure it's not burnt. The chicken fingers are so small now and the price is up this used to be one of the best places to eat but over the years they have fallen off and it's a shame. I'm just losing interest for zaxbys not sure if it's the way they do business now or they just need new menus.

Little disappointed today is Sunday and around 3 no one is in the drivethru. I'm happy so I ordered the shrimp thinking it was going to be a wait lol nope it was at the window before I got up to it . Remember no one is in front of me . Well it tasted like it had been sitting under some lights.
