I'm not a rib snob but I don't like fatty meat that I have to fight to get off the bones. No problem with the ribs here. Excellent flavor, comes off bone easy, and good lean pieces. We love it anytime we are in demopolis during their open hours.
The food is good. Period. Meat and sides seasoned well, meat was tender and flavorful. Very clean establishment and very friendly service. Stop by when you are in town or make a special trip. You won't be disappointed.
This is a true bbq restaurant; not a fake place that just resells bbq. There is a smoker with stacks of cut hardwood around back. You can eat in or take home; we took ours back to Foscue CG. The service was friendly with a smile, the customers were friendly and conversational, and the eating area was clean and welcoming.
