It was $9 for an original chicken sandwich and large drink. I didn’t even get the meal. It took 3 minutes waiting to order. Then, I had to wait long for the sandwich. You can’t afford this burger king. NINE dollars for a sandwich and drink?!?!?!?! What a ripoff!!
It's a joke I don't know how many times I have waited over ten minutes at the drive through for someone to take my order and just left and the appearance is awful, the menu sign has been falling apart for over 6 months and they are always out of something,how can you be out of biscuits all the time
This has to be the worst BK I have ever been to. The day manager is horrible. My chicken wrap was so sloppy I could not eat it. She wanted to argue with me about it so I asked for a refund. She said they didn’t do refunds because it hurts the employee? 🤷♀️. I got my refund but will never go back.

Anyone who have read my reviews know that I don't like giving bad reviews but in this case the Demopolis Burger King was ridiculous! We pulled in line at 18:20hrs. We left the drive thru at 18:53. The young lady working the drive thru, 2nda window, held a conversation with another young lady for 10 min. Not waiting for an order, the employee had already given the customer her order plus 2 slushy. When we got our order, it was only slightly warm

Rolled in at 5pm expecting to wait forever - not so at all! They were busy (4+ other groups came in while we were there & drive thru) but moving everything along nicely. Not only that, but the customer service was quick and freindly. Our fairly complex order was brought out in a few moments and everything was 100% correct.Now heres the thing. Ive worked in a ton of fast food and my wife has managed a burger king back home and we both noticed the same thing right away. The kitchen was friggin CLEAN. As in i know exactly where to look, and i looked, and that kitchen looked like whoever does the deep cleaning poured their heart into it absolutely. The lobby was great too - but seriously whoever touched the scrubby last needs a xmas bonus. Stellar. Like im still suprised.And the food was amazing.Well done guys, absolute top notch.

The food tasted really great, the service was great! My croissant egg and cheese should have had bacon, but I got sausage. We went through the drive through. ? But it was still good. I was happy that all of the food was hot and fresh tasting, the cheese was melted, too. We have not had such good food and service from any Burger King in a long time. My husband got a whopper and the cheese was melting on it, too. He was happy with his burger!

We ate dinner and then went back a couple of days later for lunch. Both times the food was hot and fresh. The woman working the front register was very busy helping with the drive thru orders as well but she made fresh onion rings to time with the fish sandwiches we ordered and we couldn't have been happier with the meal and service!

It’s seems so dead there. The employees move so slow like they aren’t happy with their job. You can stand there at the counter five minutes before they speak or ask how can I help you. The tables and chairs are always nasty. They never smile or pretend they appreciate your
