Food is hot and very good. I remember one time I went up to the glass where they had the step at and gave one of the employees a piece of gum a few years ago ?I'm grateful that they kept to people employees, not AI. I get upset every time I'm riding home and all I can do is smell the aroma of the pizzas and chicken.

Pizza burnt. I am adjusting my review from 1 to 4 stars because the resolution to my issue was excellent and quick. Zachary DiSanto, Customer Care Coordinator, gave me a store credit equal to the cost of my order. I am still a loyal customer.

I highly recommend this location. I ordered a large pizza and pasta today and it was delivered warm, and perfectly made. The delivery driver, Sam was polite and excellent—only issue was I asked for parmesan cheese packets and he didn’t have any. No problem, I still told him thanks and took the food and went on with my night. Well, about 20mins later Sam stopped back over and apologized for not having the free cheese packets (they normally put In the bag with the pizza) and...
