I been a customer since this location open. Alabama is my home state. I live in Louisiana. The food and customer service has always been excellent. I eat there when I come home ,when I arrive and leave. The place is dirty. Tables and benches are nasty. The bathroom is dark and dirty. I will miss Jack. June 21, 2025. Sister Alabama

The food is sooo good. It’s not terribly dirty. But it desperately needs updating. They do have a really good breakfast. Mrs Feleatha is usually up front on Saturdays and she’s awesome.

Excellent service, insanely quick, and very delicious—exactly what a fast food restaurant should be. I went through the drive-through around 7:15 AM on a Saturday, and they only had one other car in the parking lot. I ordered, pulled to the window, paid, and they gave me my food. No interruptions and no pauses. I was very impressed. I'm sure it being early helped, but nonetheless, the food was ready and delicious when I got the window.
Parking: They have a separate lot for 18 wheelers, which I'm sure helps with congestion and would be great for a truck driver.
Food is excellent . But it's a joke when you mobile order and it says ready in 15 minutes . It took 30 minutes to get food . The employee behind the counter had no clue what was going on . The place has issues !
I was a faithful customer to this location until one day they gave me the wrong order and told me to pay again & they would refund me for the first order. it’s been over 2 months and they haven’t refunded me my money!! I won’t be back! -5/10 ???

Service and employes were good. I went to the mens restroom and it was very dirty and had a foul odor due to no cleaning for a long time.
