What’s the point of an App if you can’t order online? Is Philip Marshall still alive or he just don’t give a crap anymore. This is the worst run store in all of demopolis. On any given day they won’t have chicken ready for 20-30 minutes, or you have employees who will get smart with you when they mess up your order and now you can’t order online so that they won’t ruin your lunch break with their lack of preparedness. Shut it down or rebuild that staff from scratch. Enough already.

I tried to come through your drive thru 2 different times to order the 20 dollar family meal the first time I came they said the cook just came in and would be 30 mins so me and my wife left and came back over 30 mins later to get told by the manager it would be 22 more minutes before it was ready we just left guess yall didn't need the sales for the day as a restraunt GM myself this is absolutely ridicoulos I will not bring my business back till there is a change at this establishment

Ordered online and picked up in store. The chicken breasts resembled thighs, but the worst part was the chicken couldn't be greasier. Fried food is greasy but the chicken was dripping oil. It was literally saturated and coated in oil. After removing the breading and drying the chicken off with napkins, the flesh of the chicken was ok. It's my second trip here and my last. I'll eat from the food truck that parks just down the street.

LAZY. They stop cooking 2 hours before close, purposely give you wrong food, and SOL if you order online and they are out of something. They will hang up on you, then tell you they don't do refunds.

Worst KFC ever! Order filled wrong twice.. ask for money back and they didn’t want to give it but finally did. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT , this place sucks !
Update: This place has become the worst. Wanted a sandwich; no filets, wanted fries; no fries. The cashier acted as if we were burdens and had an poor attitude. The young man preparing the orders is the only reason this place got one star. Will never go to this place again.Old review from 5 years ago: The remodel is fantastic. Very friendly staff.

Every time we use our app, they never have the food ready on time even tho it shows it’s ready.. we end up waiting another 15mins or more…. & then they don’t have something we ordered..
