Went back to this McDonald's again today. Same cashier, she remembered me from the day before. She was very apologetic for my dissatisfaction the day before. Very pleased with this visit.
The order was correctly filled. The food was hot. The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. The dining room was really noisy with employees and customers talking and carrying on. Very disruptive.
It's a McDonald's. Unfortunately, it's a McDonald's in the Black Belt. The employees move in slow motion, there is no customer service. No one is nice. The food is McDonald's though...
