Sandwich was wrong and cold

Pulled in on April 19th, 2025 (Saturday) to get a large Cherry Cream Slush, (To anyone that may not know what this is, it's a Slush drink mixed with vanilla ice cream.) To my surprise they brought me a regular Cherry Slush claiming it was a cream slush, when I opened the lid and showed the carhop there was no ice cream in it, she began to tell me the cream has melted and mixed into the drink. I called her out on her lie and asked for another, she brought it back out saying that the manager refused to make another and that it is indeed a cream slush. I then decided not to argue and requested a refund for the drink, the carhop then told me that they don't do refunds. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager brought my drink back out asking me what's wrong with the drink, I explained that it was not a cream slush like I ordered and that I was declined a refund to which the manager said she never declined a refund but still persisted that the drink was correct, I then poured the drink out on the parking lot to show her there is no ice cream in the drink. Turns out the manager herself does not even know what a cream slush is.

Food and service are both good but hardly any of the stalls work. The interactive ordering screens weren't on in over half of them and the one vacant one we found that did work didn't have a menu.

Editing this review 6 years later, don't bother coming here. You'll likely rethink your life after your 30 minute wait for burnt food. That is, if you're able to find a stall that works.

Half of the menus do not work and you have to pull in and out of each stall and try to find one that is working. This is sad.

Sit for 45 minutes after my order was taken no one brought my order out. When I asked about it supposedly they didn’t know I placed an order even though it was taken off my card. When I finally got my order everything was cold

Have to wait forever for them to take your order if they take it at all been waiting 20 mins and no there wasn't another car there..this is the worst place to try to get something to eat we want be back!

I have ordered doordash and uber from this location 2 times now, both times I get hit with “the order you placed didn’t go through” this is getting annoying on so many different levels, they need to fire every single employee there and rehire because they are lazy and don’t wanna do their job correctly.

An old cold sandwich!!! I knew the service was too quick for a great sandwich. Brought my sandwich to the car with a smile on his face. I wasn't even offered a receipt, but I did get 2 stale of peppermints

For $62+ dollars I’d expect at least my fries to be full or a ton in the bag bottom, if you’re lucky burgers are good, but drinks aren’t made consistently and are hit or miss on quality depending on the day .
