After an amazing only 16 hours the assistant manager, Tasha, at Taco Bell reached out and fixed all the issues we had the night before and we enjoyed the best mexican pizzas ever!! Taco Bell you have a real gem who cares about your company and your store in Demopolis Alabama and her name is Tasha Yates!! Thank you Tasha we will be back and if we have ANY problems we will come to you 1st!!! Original post - Pizza Cold and half covered. 3 cheese chicken flatbread no sauce, cold and half empty. All food so cold the cheese did not attempt to melt! Paid $4 for the 2 oz sauce containers and it barely covers the bottom! Late late night order but still!! These kids just don't care.

Foods gone down hill not worth the money anymore. Burritos often come out half empty and smushed flat or smushed open. Barely any of the ingredients in it now mostly tortilla and rice. Poor customer service.

Bought two burritos staff didn't listen to the order i paid $12.30 bathrooms were nasty wife has a food allergy and labeled the wrong food item then when we opener out food the burrito was so empty it was mainly just tortilla and maybe a teaspoon of rice and like 3 bits of
It says in my ticket the drive thru employee name is Jamar. Very kind young man, with great customer service skills. Had my food out promptly and was so polite and nice. Very refreshing because I travel a lot for work and you rarely ever get hospitality anymore so thanks for Jamar and the staff there on October 3,2024 at 6:49 P.M.

The service was fine but the food is a different story. Based on this visit we will not return. My wife and I spent like $16.00 and we were still looking for meat I our meals. Very disappointed 😞. I took a picture of our food out of discussion. No one should serve what they would not order themselves. Taco Bell, please feel free to contact me if you care.
The Demopolis Taco Bell staff are some of the nicest employees!!! I go there very often (they know me by name at this point), and they're always so nice and attentive. I have always and will continue to recommend this place and praise their kind services. Plus, their bathroom stays clean and nice! Along with the dinnering room too!
