When I tell you, I would never return to this Wendy’s ever again the customer service is a -0 from the cashier, taking the order over the speaker to the cook and the food out of the window very rudely never saying anything when I say the whole entire staff needs a lesson in customer service

Terrible service with new employees. I asked a question about my total because it was slightly higher than usual and I get the same thing every time, I asked the girl and she proceeded to roll her big eyes at me over my question. So I would not recommend going there , Go to McDonald's instead ❤️. You all need home training and work training especially with your attitude it's ridiculous.

Went to get lunch the place was dirty the counters were sticky the floors were sticky my fries were overcooked my burger was overcooked I wanted chicken nuggets but they were out of every kind of sauce the drinks were flat and tasted like they had no syrup

The counter up front at register is sticky and dirty. The floor in lobby was sticky. The tables were dirty. There was food on the floor. The food was not good. The tea was not sweet.

I had to use the drive thru. The doors were locked. It wasn't even dark. I ordered 4, 4 piece chicken nuggets. I had to pull forward. It took an additional 10 minutes to get my order. This was unacceptable.

Why are the doors locked at 8:16pm when clearly there a sign that says dining room open until 10.

Store claims to be open at 6:30am. I walked up at 8 am, and they are NOT open. Truck Drivers can't drive a semi truck thru the drive thru!
