Jacks in Dora cannot for the life of them get orders right. I used to eat there 3 -4 days a week. Evening shift is slow and whether it's a plain burger or a chicken order it is never right. I just ordered a cheese burger plain add pickles only, ask them to repeat the order....got anything but plain! That place needs a shift manager who manages their shift. Evening shift may take 10 - 20 minutes to go thru drive thru. This Jacks used to be the place to go. Very dissatisfied.
