Wait time to be seated was too long. Wait time to place order was too long. Wait time for food delivery was too long. Ran out of tea at our table and no waitress to be found. Even had to wait for our bill. And the food was not good. This restaurant is over rated.
tried to rent a room for an event and meredith (event coordinator) was awful with communication. tried to stop in for brunch and talk to someone about the room/event and the service was poor, the food was over priced and cold, drinks very expensive, and by that time we weren’t even interested in renting the room anymore. the room and courtyard were dark/dingy and dirty for $350. im convinced they’re all about the money and just care about getting people in/out as quick as...read full review
We attend a USTA tennis tournament in Dothan each year and we have three favorite places to eat, one each night we are in Dothan. KBC was wonderful in every aspect in 2023, but our experience October 5, 2024, was disastrous. The nicest part of our visit was the greeting as we entered. The service, the food and the hospitality was sub-par and more typical of a low quality chain restaurant and the pricing was not commensurate with the quality of food or service.
