“Best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The woman taking my order was very upbeat, funny, and cheerful. I thought to myself after she took my order in the drive through, “I need some of whatever she’s had this morning!”, and then she handed me this after I paid! Also, the moment I got to the window my order was handed to me. This McDonalds will always have my business.“

“Went here at night ? the west side mcdonald's in dothan al always never fails for me the food was fresh and hot the assistant manager I do believe who's name was dale knight was very kind a professional but overall I never have have a problem with this mcdonald's my all time favorite.“

“Writing a review because this location deserves some CREDIT! We were greeted with smiles, food was great, offered refills. The front of house at this location really stood out and surprised our family with amazing service, conversation, etc. It was very appreciated.“

“No complaints really, just the same old thing..Ordered 2 strawberry shakes..recived and they came out looking vanilla with a hint of pink color..The lady did explain, it was the machine and she could make them again but the machine would have to be cleaned and I was like"I'll keep what I got"“

“My son loves it hear and the manager is awesome and very accommodating. My son is special needs and we stop here when we have doctor appointments. They get the food wrong sometimes but overall wonderful
