McDonald's in Defuniak Springs

“There is one lady there that makes my frapees perfect I pay extra to add more caramel and chocolate and expresso and most of the time my frapees look reg even tho its definitely doesn't cost as much as regular one cause adding extra chocolate and caramel and expresso is definitely pricey! So I will go all the way to the mossyhead McDonald's just because of this lady she makes the best caramel frapees and she makes it right with extra like I ordered and definitely makes me feel like I actually got what I paid for and ordered! Wish I would have gotten her name and her schedule lol so I can make sure I only go when she working! We need more people like her in this world she's always courteous and friendly people like her make your business look good and she deserves recognition and praise ! Cause she makes my day everytime I get my frapees from their !“

“Foods always made right! workers are great except a set few there’s two workers I’ve noticed I think one of the workers name is Robbie he’s an Amazing worker ive seen him work hard every time im in there and very helpful foods always made fresh and hot i know that place wouldnt function with out him. And I think the other name is Stephanie she always seems to have a really negative attitude and is opening complaining on the sales floor for customers to Hear and seems very harsh and rude which I can only imagine how she treats her workers 😕 but over all great place !“
