“This location has improved dramatically since they hired a new Afternoon/Evening, Maintenance Guy.
The dining area is kept very nicely, and he Welcomes the Guests in a Professional Manner.
I'd give him a pay increase, as workers of this High Caliber, are extremely difficult to find.“
“I just have to brag on this location. Not only were the employees funny & very friendly, the food was hot and fresh. Took me less than 2 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. This location truly blows all of the other locations in this town out of the water. Also be mindful that people tend to come on here only to post a bad review and rarely take the time to post the good things.“

“I have noticed this location seems like two different places for the am vs. pm shift. The AM staff if friendly & quick while the PM shift seems to be more chaotic & take longer to get your food. The 5 stars are for the delightful breakfast people. Good thing they redeem the night shift because they'd get this location 3 stars.
Your company has a wonderful older gentleman who works the front counter, who also, as a customer, I can see goes above and beyond for the company (watched him do several tasks including wiping all the outside tables).
Their cooks however, really need to learn how to use their inside voices, the customers can hear EVERYTHING- it doesnt bother me, however, I can see someone being very upset hearing them make fun of customers orders & using curse words.“
“8/9/2026 lunchtime. This McDonald’s is my go to for the latest new items and my old favorites. I always use the M-D app for deals and ease of ordering. Food is always great and the service is always top notch ESPECIALLY from this young lady! I don’t know her name but she sure does greet me with a smile each and every time. She keeps folks coming back. I’ve see the location slammed busy but she keeps it cool and upbeat! God bless and keep her and make her a manager someday. #mcdonalds #customerservice #bestemployee“
“The McDonald's on 23rd Street is by far the best one in Bay County. The restaurant is always nice and clean. The food is made quickly and the orders are almost always correct, served fresh and tastes great. The best part is the staff. They treat everyone like family. From the managers to the servers they are the most friendly and pleasant staff I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.“
