I do not particularly care for this location. It is mainly due to the way that it is operated and laid out. They do not really have anyone at the front. Register and really push people to use the self-service kiosk. They do not offer any of their drinks in a self-service area. Getting an employee to assist you with anything can be very difficult. I had 10 mins to spare this morning and went through the drive thru. I got my food and was directed to go to the next window for my hot coffee. No one ever came to the window, more than 10 ppl/orders came and went behind me and still no coffee. I finally at that point drove off because I was officially late for work.
