Just do yourselves a favor and GO IN the store and order. They cannot follow basic written instructions and leave off items that were in the order. Otherwise the food is fantastic.

The atmosphere walking in was as expected, fast food-ish.. not bad. Clean.
The service was as expected, employees greeted and tended with politeness at the same time emotionless I'm sure being over worked and underpaid. Good.
The food however.. this was only my second time eating there. The spice level is non-negotiable, no choice, which I like spicy so that worked out.. the steak I got in my burrito bowl was all chewy and fatty and I wound up picking every piece out lol.

The staff is friendly and provides great energy and customer service. Recently, a customer celebrated a birthday and experienced outstanding service, with employees even singing and decorating their burrito. Despite some inconsistencies due to staffing shortages, the food remains great, with fantastic consistency. The food is fresh, and while the burrito bowl has received praise, there have been complaints about stale chips and loud music. Even when busy, the staff takes time to ensure each customer receives what they want, reflecting their commitment to good service.
