Just do yourselves a favor and GO IN the store and order. They cannot follow basic written instructions and leave off items that were in the order. Otherwise the food is fantastic.

Great would go there again
Ingredients are always good and fresh, but the staff just doesn’t seem to care. Ordering online is a 50/50 you get your order right. Going in person will get the right toppings, but they’re pretty stingy. Also, the white rice has cilantro, but they never put any lime on it at this location, making the rice a mushy, bland, sticky mass in your food.

The staff is friendly and provides great energy and customer service. Recently, a customer celebrated a birthday and experienced outstanding service, with employees even singing and decorating their burrito. Despite some inconsistencies due to staffing shortages, the food remains great, with fantastic consistency. The food is fresh, and while the burrito bowl has received praise, there have been complaints about stale chips and loud music. Even when busy, the staff takes time to ensure each customer receives what they want, reflecting their commitment to good service.
