I been eating here a while until tonight, I'm on a limited budget and disability but still work part-time and the 1 time a week dinner out is an indulgence, Food is pretty good, but the attitude of the service kills this review, Just because I have 1 glass of water ( I always drink water) refilled does not require a large tip, but the waitress made her smart azz comment, "oh big tipper huh?" We are locals and have been here several times and it’s always been hit and miss but this last visit was terrible and we will not be back. We came right at 11:00 when they opened and the food was already old, cold, and overcooked from sitting all day. I’ve been to Chow Time Grill & Buffet more times than I can count. It’s been our go-to spot after family funerals—a place that could reliably seat our big family after we’ve laid someone to rest. Not because the food is amazing (it’s not—it’s basic, Americanized Chinese buffet food), or the service (which is average at best), or even the cleanliness (which honestly needs work).
