Showed up at 1030pm website says open till 11. They ignored me and 2 other cars in the drive through until 1040 then came on and said they closed at 1040 bc they short staffed. Straight ignored all 3 of us bc they lazy n don't wanna serve us at 1030.I work 2 jobs one ends at 10pm and the other starts at 11pm so I got an hour between and 30 minutes of that is commute. I rely on fast food to get a meal in the middle. This mcdonalds is right along the route but this was the last straw. This isn't the 1st time they've done something like this, just the 1st time it's been me. Lesson learned, I'll stop at the burger king 5 days a week instead.If yall wanna stop taking order at 1030 then but 1030 on the website. If its 1040 put that, but then actually answer the drive through up until 1040. Don't just ignore people for 10 minutes until the clock tick wherever it needs to be to tell them your closed.And how does being short staffed bean you gotta close 20 minutes early? Do you have a seperate shift for that 20 min that yall can't man because no staff?I've worked food service before and this just smells like yall trying to get closing work done during service hours so yall can leave early or ride the clock at the end.

Customer service at this location is absolutely awful. Every single time. The white girl with messed up lashes that usually works the drive thru, will have conversations with her co workers while ignoring the customer right in front of her.Yesterday I came to this location and while I was ordering a frappe the worker that took my order kept saying “the who?” When I told them which frappe I wanted. I guess they were confused with which frappe I wanted. But when I would tell them, each time they would respond with, “the who?”Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional and not even proper English. If you aren’t understanding a customer, that is not the way to approach this situation. With how many horrible workers here, you can tell it’s a management issue.

Waiting for a cashier for 20 mins to take my order and was literally the only person in the lobby and nobody was in drive thru. This isn't the first time at this location either. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't ever visit that store again and I won't recommend anyone else. Wish I could give zero stars

I do not particularly care for this location. It is mainly due to the way that it is operated and laid out. They do not really have anyone at the front. Register and really push people to use the self-service kiosk. They do not offer any of their drinks in a self-service area. Getting an employee to assist you with anything can be very difficult. The way the dining area is set upThe only time that you really see someone is when they are bringing your food to a small counter. This store is located in a good location. But often has a very long wait for the drive-through. The dining area is often dirty and employees rude. I believe that this location could use more customer service training and better staffing and management. Even though this is in a great location, I try to avoid it. With my last visit they had the doors locked in a one way in manner. Several people thought that they closed the lobby and drove away. I am disabled and had to walk to the opposite side of the building and parking lot to enter.

Service is slow. Can’t fill entire order. Always missing items requested and paid for. South exit doors can’t open from the outside. This is a safety issue should emergency personnel have to access from the outside. I was told it was being fixed. This is not something to wait on as it is a safety issue. The other door is working but access is limited for handicapped bec if the outside table settings and dead olants
