I placed an online order for 3 pizzas. The pizzas were ready in 20 min or less from ordering. One of the pizzas wasn't correct and they went above and beyond making the situation right. Highly satisfied with their customer service.

Prefer the wrong pizza using the app for the first time. I admitted the error and just asked if I could pay to add pepperonis to it.. they refused. Dry unfriendly. Had to go purchase pepperonis at the local DG and stick it in my oven… 20$ pizza… ??♂️

If you live on South State Highway 605 DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN’S PIZZA on the west side of town. The driver delivered my pizza to a hotel……does anyone know where there is a hotel or motel on South State Highway 605?

2 hours wait for 2 pizzas is insane, but not having the correct wait time when order placed is even worse...get all the way to the restaurant 45 min after placing order and THEM they tell you its still over an hour wait. First time ordering here in quite a while and looks like we wont attempt this again.

first time trying this location, i placed a carry out order and it was made quickly and the man at the counter was very nice and respectful. pizza and breadsticks were warm and so good! papa johns never fails.
