I love Papa John’s pizza but I noticed that the last time I was in picking up my pizza you couldn’t move forward with the new card readers without saying you don’t want to leave a tip or leave one. My question is why should I tip the people who are making salary when I use my gas and my time to pick it up. If I had it delivered yes I definitely should tip the driver! But if I go pick it up it shouldn’t ask me if I want to leave it tip.
The food and service are really good

While customers may have to wait on a pizza for 3 to 5 minutes, the service operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. The staff is noted for being nice and respectful, providing great taste and quality. However, communication between staff, the app, and drivers could improve, especially for difficult-to-find addresses. Although pricing is considered expensive, many believe it is worth it for the better quality.
