I know this past Sunday night they had two Cooks quit on them so they had one cook and one person cutting the pizza and one taking orders and they were backed up I said they're probably a good hour and my order never got put in the oven within that hour 1/2 yes I lost a lot of money Sunday night just waiting on one pizza

The calling service for delivery (wherever it is), is terrible, but the store manager and staff do an outstanding job and the manager definitely deserves some recognition for going out of his way and doing more than the normal expectations to ensure good service, something that is needed in many other businesses these days.
