Starbucks in Dothan

“We had a long drive from PCB to Atlanta yesterday after a 4-day festival and were desperately longing for a nice and strong espresso to make it all the way to Atlanta without falling asleep.

We found it here! The espresso was awesome and we are very critical coffee drinkers..

Even when the coffee was almost cold after a left it for a long while it was still soooo good, which was a very nice surprise! Nice, strong, chocolatish taste. Also the team at place was super friendly, bathrooms were nice and clean.

If we ever should drive through Dothan again, we will definitely stop by again!

“UPDATE. The manager Tamika spoke with me, personally called me and invited me back. I wasn't sure when we would be back but a few weeks later we came in and she had told me she retrained the employees with how to make matcha and they were much more personable. Now when I go to this Target, I stop by here if the line isn't crazy long! I have had a much better experience. I have never had a manager reach out to me directly and actually listen to my concerns! 10/10 now.

Terrible service, extremely slow. Didn't make the drink right, when I took a drink as I walked away I couldn't even try to finish the drink, I came back to get them to remake it and they didn't even acknowledge me after finishing the drink they were on. I tossed it and called corporate as soon as I got in the car.“
