Starbucks in Dothan

“Driving through Dothan, Alabama, and made a quick stop at this Starbucks location. By the looks of things, this site seems relatively new, with a nice open-concept layout and plenty of seating.

I was just grabbing my order to go, so I went with the iced pecan latte and the cheese box for a quick snack. The service was fast, and my drink was crafted perfectly! Everything was smooth and efficient, which is exactly what you want when making a quick road-trip stop.

A nice Starbucks location to keep in mind if you’re passing through Dothan!“

“I wish I could leave 1000 stars thank you so much to this morning staff for making a clumsy lady not feel silly or stupid for absolutely making a terrible mess on top of that you went above and beyond and we’re kind enough to remake my drink for me in a world where kind acts and wonderful customer service seem to be fleeting. I will always be grateful for the employees that were there this morning, and especially the two women who helped me so much thank you ladies I promise one day I’ll be able to return the favor.“

“UPDATE. The manager Tamika spoke with me, personally called me and invited me back. I wasn't sure when we would be back but a few weeks later we came in and she had told me she retrained the employees with how to make matcha and they were much more personable. Now when I go to this Target, I stop by here if the line isn't crazy long! I have had a much better experience. I have never had a manager reach out to me directly and actually listen to my concerns! 10/10 now.

Terrible service, extremely slow. Didn't make the drink right, when I took a drink as I walked away I couldn't even try to finish the drink, I came back to get them to remake it and they didn't even acknowledge me after finishing the drink they were on. I tossed it and called corporate as soon as I got in the car.“
