Customer service is horrible. Employees have terrible attitudes and act like it’s a problem if you order more than one thing.

I am no longer available there, due to I would not quit talking to my customers or CO workers about what my medication was having me feel like. I have not at any of my 31/2 years been unprofessional out of character yes talkative but still got my job done. or as they said acting crazy... I have only acted on some tasks as what higher management was doing or instructing. I never bad mouth that store always went extra mile to give each customer excellent customer service without feeling I wasn't listening and at a timely matter.

Most the people that work there are rude and sloppy. They don't listen to what you ask for either. Food is mediocre at best. Mold by drink machine corner has been there as long as I can remember.

Jessica and Trish were so patient my buddy and I because we kept ordering a lot of things back to back. They were very mindful of other customers walking in, still being able to tend to their orders as well since our huge order needed both of them to work together. Trish is always very helpful and never in a bad mood it seems. Best customer service we’ve ever received at any Subway and that’s why we come at least twice a week!!!

I went in wanting a sandwich that is no longer available at subway . I haven't had this sandwich in a long time . The ladys at the store helped me build my sandwich they were very helpful and my sandwich was perfect .

When asked for extras , I was told they were not allowed,even if I paid for extra. Will never eat at this subway again!!!!! And almost done with the other stores too. I told them I didn't want it. And left!!!

Trish made me feel like a king today by fixing my favorite sandwich, and she did it just right. My buffalo chicken sandwich was extremely good. I haven't had one in a while and I was delighted when Trish told me could make me one. I ate the whole footlong, and now I'm set for the whole day. Thanks Trish, you're the best!

Our sandwiches are thrown together like slop. We’ve got many sandwiches from the subway on Westgate and they’re perfectly put together. These ones from this subway are falling apart before they’re even taken out of the wrapper. Just pure laziness!
Must have had same lady as below comment. Rude, took phone call while I was talking to her. Also no breakfast sandwich during day. Never even asked if I would like something else or what she could do for me.
