The games on line kick you off line. Then you lose your money. I was in a bonus round of 15 spins and lost then because it kicked me off line. I lost my money for the bonus round. Very upset. I have spoke with some people and it happens to them. They get kicked off.
We tried eating there and it was a joke from the beginning! Waited 20min no one ever came to our table, was a lady and a gentleman cleaning tables and they looked at us probably 20 times never came to ask if we needed anything! Big Creek Bar & Grille offers a good atmosphere for gambling fun and a quiet dining experience, close to home. The kitchen has really good food overall. Specific items like the wings, jalapeno poppers, and fries topped with cheese and chicken are very good and recommended. However, the pizza is not liked, described as having very soggy dough and being like melted marshmallows in the middle.
The staff generally receives high praise for being awesome, sweet, helpful, and kind, with specific mention of great hostesses and ushers. Several staff members are noted for making people feel welcomed with charming hospitality and sweet, smiling faces. They are described as checking on guests and maintaining a kind composure.
However, one manager is highlighted for nasty, unprofessional, and rude behavior. This person is accused of not providing good customer service, being aggressive, humiliating guests, refusing to correct a problem, and making guests leave. This experience was a great disappointment.
The crowd can be small, which is seen as great for quiet conversation. The music and atmosphere are enjoyed. It is viewed as an all-out great place to free the mind and play, with a commitment from guests to keep coming as long as the doors are open.
