“As a former Subway employee, I can honestly say this is the only Subway I will eat at. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to keep a restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly during busy rushes, and this location consistently does an amazing job. Even when I travel out of town to Ozark, I make sure to stop here first and grab food to take with me because I trust the quality that much.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and hardworking. Every time I come in, they seem busy, which says a lot about how popular this location is, but they still take the time to treat customers with respect and keep the line moving. The manager is also a genuinely nice fellow who clearly cares about both the employees and the customers. You can tell this store is well-run and takes pride in what they do.

“This is the best Subway in Dothan. The ladies that work here are just wonderful, they do there jobs amazingly, they get you through almost like a Chick-Fil-A. They seem to have a awesome system down, no matter how many people are in front of you they get them in and out with a perfectly made sandwich. The sandwiches are always made properly, you’re not skimped on the meat or toppings. When I think about subway this is the Subway that comes to mind. Everyone at this location needs a raise.“

“The sandwiches were tasty. We did an order through the app and it was ready ahead of schedule. They were out of grilled chicken but that was reflected in the app before ordering. They were also out of cucumbers but that no big deal. On our order we were supposed to get a bag of chips with one of the sandwiches, it wasn’t in there and I hadn’t checked the bag before leaving so that was a bummer.“

“Couldn't use my coupon the get a turkey footlong for $6.99 because she said it wasn't in their system. My coupon expires 2/6/26. Why is subway coupons not in their system? Was told I could get the $8.99 meal coupon. That did not make sense to me.
The sub was great! Bread was thick compared to the little bit of food inside. All the toppings looked fresh. Footlong chocolate chip cookie was tasty as well.
Store was clean . Bathroom was clean.“

“One at Northside Wal-Mart needs a good cleaning in the dining room. The side machine had griss water in where the ice falls and fifty !! Gross floors dirty and tables. Don't know what happened last couple of months

“I'm a few weeks late on this review ( that I never do) but we stopped here at approximately 11 am on a Wednesday on our way from the beach. We wanted something fresh not greasy or fried. Anyway looked up subway and saw that there was one here at 109 intersection so we stopped. I'm so glad we did this was the cleanest subway I have ever been to! And the service was Great! And that sandwich was excellent! No skimpy toppings and it was so fresh! Thank you!“

“Its Subway. You know what you are getting. This company as a whole (not just this location) needs a serious facelift. The employees at this location are hit or miss. The owner was here today so everyone was "on their best behavior". I will say this location is usually above average in cleanliness.“

“I placed an online order today for a philly and black forest ham footlongs. And let me tell you!!! My sandwiches were made to perfection! “The food was very good and had a good variety of drinks and water and Gatorade was also available . And the dinning area was very clean . Only issue was the girl waiting on customers . Was on her phone mostly and very rude when I asked a question . And another time she left the other worker to wait on customers and make sandwiches while she was on her phone the whole time.
