Love the Fortner Street location! I’m pretty predictable and get the same coffee every time, and it’s always perfect. Everyone is super friendly, they always have good music playing, and it’s just a good vibe. Props to management because they have a really great crew!
Lately it has been much better than a couple of years ago. Customer service has improved significantly
As great as this place is the workers are what make it and they are melting and withering away, fix your AC!!!

The Bean Bro is a cozy spot to stop by on the way to work. Friendly and chill employees greet customers, serving great coffee and snacks. The coffee is excellent, not bitter and no need for flavored syrups. The staff is always nice and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond, providing amazing customer service. Customers appreciate the sugar-free variety provided, and the donuts are next level. The Bean Bro is heaven for coffee lovers, better than Starbucks, Dunkin, and any other coffee shop. Sweet workers and music outside keep spirits up for people waiting in the drive-through.
