Ordered online and immediately left to pickup, which was 5 minutes. Picked up almost $40 worth of food and asked if all the sauces and dressing were there. They said yes, we checked and found some. Got home realized no additional dressing that were purchased were in the bag. Paid for the go big and got wrong drink, unsweetened tea. Paid for extra fries, not there. Asian Zensation salad was lettuce, wonton strips and cut up chicken strips, nothing else.Called twice to complain and was hung up on, first by employee, second by new manager. Oh and food was cold.

Went in there a couple weeks ago with my family and the Short heavyset female manager with red hair told the cashier kid to shut the F up and go away. It was right in front of my kids. Thought it was very unprofessional and downright rude speaking to a high school kid that way. Will never go there

I love you guys, but I asked could I buy 1 of the Coke cups and I was told No!! They are definitely doing their job, because staff and management told I could get one unless I purchased a meal. I purchased a salad and I guess that’s not considered a Meal! I’m a collector and anything Coke I want. Just didn’t make sense to me. I won’t be back, but I think this location does a great job! Thank You

Worst zaxby's ever. We had to wait for the food even though we ordered ahead. They really weren't that busy, so I'm not sure what was going on. And of course, they left out the sauce in both meals that were supposed to have it. Fries were practically inedible, they weren't cooked long enough. It's not the first time the food has been awful or that we've had a ridiculous wait.

Never even got my food. Sat and waited my whole lunch break and never got my food. There was a line and I couldn't make it to the counter to bring this up. Never coming back again. I was here for like 45 minutes.

We usually stick to the Cobb salad with grilled Chicken an extra boiled egg and extra cheese and hold the cucumber lol but occasionally we have the chicken fingers and fries. Service is always fast and the food is consistently the same in both flavor and portion. We don't frequent any fast food restaurants so we don't get bored easily and can explore the menus over time..Prices as average you can't eat anywhere less then $10 well you could if you read my reviews lol. The service is great I have no complaints at all about this location or food served. I also use Zaxby's family meal chicken fingers for parties great for appetizers. I prefer to display them in shooter cups with the sauce at the bottom or stick a skewer up it for easier appetizers grabs. I tend to think out of the box when having dinner parties which is why I enjoy my exclusive dinner parties stay tuned for pictures of my display at the next dinner party.Kid-friendliness: Most kids enjoy chicken fingers and fries some enjoy salad you can't go wrong with either hereParking: Parking lot availableWheelchair accessibility: Yes ramp available

It’s exactly what you’d expect from Zaxby’s! If you’ve had Cane’s chicken, this is very similar, providing you with yummy chicken, delicious toast, and a great sauce for dipping!

Horrible customer service. Waited for a few minutes. Girl never looked at us. Guy asked her if she was going to take our order. She said we were looking at menu board and to mind his own business. Never asked if we were ready to order, just turned her back to us. So we left and went to Guthrie's where the service was exceptional. Whoever owns this franchise might Wan to visit often. It stinks.
