Worst Chinese food in Troy if not the entire State. Even the "fresh" food comes out cold. Told them at checkout how bad it was and their response was"Ok see you next time".

I recently began to show signs of food poisoning, after eating there on Tuesday dec 12th for dinner. My guest and myself started to feel sick. I’ve dinned there 3 times prior but this time I became sick. Won’t be returning ever.

I’ve eaten at Mr. Hos for over 10 years and experienced the several different ownerships over the years. It use to be to be a great buffet years ago. Food is now just subpar, but friendly staff.

My co workers and I decided 2 months ago that we would be back. Then Troy Buffet opened and we thought maybe things got better at Mr Hos. We came in Thursday at 1220pm. There were 4 tables. I went up and there wasn't enough rice for one plate. The egg rolls were cold and some of the pans looked like the food was drying out. A simply occasional stir would go along way. I miss the days the Indian guy ran the place. Such a shame. I guess it's back to Troy Buffet.

Firs Time at this place, the food is not good. The food did not taste as regular Chinese food. No salad option. The cook and staff are Mexicans, no chin ese cooks. I paid $12 for Lunch, over priced. Not too many items to choose from, the food is cold.Restroom is nasty, the place looks from the 1970's.

Worst tasting Chinese I’ve ever had. Egg drop had tomato sauce in it. Shrimp dish was good, mushrooms had a weird taste. Chicken dishes were ok. Very limited selections. I knew by the look of the building it was going to be subpar but I chanced it. Should have went to Panda House.Plus for service. Water refills were plenty, and the water was really good.

Crab Rangoon no crab chix teriyaki sticks burnt, we ordered take out and was not impressed. Was hoping for fresh food.
After reading alot of the reviews for this place, I will have to admit, I almost didn't go. BUT, I did. I have a family of 5....husband and I and our 3 kids. We all enjoyed the buffet. Any kind of meat you were looking for was there. The lo mein had a really good flavor. They also had shrimp and several selections for desert. The chocolate mousse was super good. Sweet and sour chicken was actually pieces of chicken and not just a little meat and all breading. We never had to ask for refills. The service was on time. Small, quaint environment made you feel comfortable. For the buffet for 5 adults(our kids are not babies) plus drink costs we paid right at 70 bucks. 10.00 per person for buffet and 1.80 per drink. And also everytime they refill.... but, we all left full and satisfied. We will visit here again.

The food was horriable. We went in at about 7:30 and the buffet did not have alot of food and we was told anything we wanted they would cook if it's not on the buffet because they was closing in the next 30 minutes and did not want to waste food. The door says they close at 9 but they was trying to close around 8. The food tasted terrible. We will never go back. We would rather drive to Montgomery or dothan for a better buffet
