Waited for over 15 minutes at the drive through window . after ordering on the app to "save time" i sat watching them serve lobby customers for over 15 minutes and with no apology or concern i had waited so long , was told only because i asked that the lobby customers needed help more than i did. I will never ever never come here again. And of course my food was cold when i recieved it.......
Literally waited at the drive through for my food for 1 WHOLE HOUR. Yes. You heard me. An entire hour went by. My husband and I timed it. It's supposed to be fast food for a reason. Management needs to do something about this asap. Oh, and also no one even answered the speaker for over 5 minutes we literally had to drive up to the window to order our food.
