The only reason I give this five stars? The overall value. It's good chinese food, it's priced well over other local places, the quality is above the others, only complaint is the emotionless customer service, but in enterprise? Glad we cam get this much, especially where it matters. It'd be an absolute shame if this place closed down.
They never fail on customer service. I have been a patron for almost 15 years. Yesterday they accidentally forgot an item ( chicken) in my bag. I went back today and they made me a fresh order with an extra appetizer. I will always go here. Best Chinese and family owned place in town, hands down.
I've been alternating between Jin Jin and Dragon Garden for many years now and I'd say it's a toss up between the two for me. They both serve excellent Chinese takeout and I have favorites from each that I routinely get. Some things I prefer more from one (like the lo mein from Jin Jin, which is thicker and more satisfying than the noodles DG uses) and some thing from the other (DG's sweet and sour chicken is incredible, whereas with Jin Jin's it can be...
