My family and I have eaten at multiple Firehouse Subs, multiple times. I have not had a bad experience. Always positive folks and great food. My favorite is the brisket. Also, let them round up to the nearest dollar on your bill. These donations actually go to local first responders in the form of equipment that could save your life one day.
Good sandwiches, always clean. Service is usually good. Seems like there has been some turnover of employees but they always very nice even if they are still learning. Let's be patient, we have all been there!!

I am a VERY picky eater, especially when it comes to sandwiches, since you can usually make those yourself at home and have full control… My go to here at Firehouse Subs has ALWAYS been a club on a sub, but I’m not a fan of the side pickle spears anywhere, and I prefer honey mustard over deli mustard!!! It’s an odd substitution, I know, but you’ll love it if you try it. Any other fast food place I go to disregards my modifications entirely, and I end up picking things...read full review
